PRIVACY POLICY

The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of the Online Store available at: www.hollie.pl. The Online Store, the Administrator of which is Dominika Bizon, conducting business under the name Hollie Dominika Bizon with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Sękocińska 13 No. 10, 02-313 Warsaw, REGON 365427922, NIP 6762280107, hereinafter referred to as “Administrator of Personal Data” shall take all protection measures envisaged by law for the processing of the data of the online store Users, based on the use of specialized technology to ensure correct and safe data processing.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Administrator of Personal Data states that personal data of users and customers of the online store are processed in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, dated 29 August 1997 (i.e. Dz. U. of 2016, item 922, as amended) and the law on electronic services of 18 July 2002 (i.e. Dz. U. of 2016, item 1030, as amended).

  2. The Administrator of Personal Data makes every legally required effort to protect the User’s personal information.

  3. Any words appearing herein and beginning with a capital letter shall be construed in accordance with their definition included in the Terms & Conditions of the Online Store.

  4. The User remains anonymous to the point of purchase on the Site, newsletter subscription or filling in the contact form on the Website. In these cases, it is required to provide personal information.

 

 

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

 

  1. The personal data of the Store Users shall be processed by the Administrator of Personal Data in order to:

  1. conclusion and implementation of Sales Agreements, including to ensure contact between the Client and the Administrator of Personal Data;

  2. provide the Newsletter Service, with the prior consent of the User.

  1. The Administrator of Personal Data does not share the User’s personal data with outside parties without explicit consent. The data shall be made available to external entities only within the limits permitted by law laid down by specific provisions.

  2. The Administrator of Personal Data provides personal information to entities with which it provides the Services. A detailed list of such entities is available here.

  1. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary but necessary to conclude the Sale Agreement or Newsletter subscription.

 

 

THE RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS TO THE DATA AND THEIR CORRECTION

 

  1. The User has the right to access their personal data and correct them.

  2. The User has the right to control the processing of their data, contained in the database of the Administrator of Personal Data.

  3. If you object to the processing of your personal data, further processing of the data in question is unacceptable. The Administrator of Personal Data may, however, leave the name or names and surname of the User or their address in the database, solely to avoid the re-use of the data of that person.

  4. Should the User grant consent to data processing in order to receive a newsletter, such consent may be revoked at any time.

 

COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

  1. When using the services of the Online Store, short text messages are saved (cookies) on the User terminal device.

  2. Cookies contain a unique number, their storage time on the User’s terminal device, and the address of the domain from which they originate.

  3. Cookies used by the Administrator of Personal Data are safe for the User's device. In particular, cookies do not allow transferring viruses or other malicious software to the User’s devices.

  4. Cookies do not allow identifying the User.

  5. Cookies do not allow downloading any of your personal information or confidential data stored on the devices.

  6. Thee Online Store uses the following types of cookies:

  1. Persistent – stored in the User's end device for the time specified in the cookies parameters or until their removal by the User;

  2. Session – stored in the User’s end device until the website of the Online Store or the web browser is exited.

  1. The Administrator of Personal Data uses cookies to collect information related to the use of the Online Store by the User, as well as for statistical purposes. Cookies allow the Administrator of Personal Data to customize the Online Store to the needs of Users.

  2. The User may delete cookies originated from the Online Store at any time using their Web browser, or completely block their collection on their end device. Should the User block the possibility of collecting cookies on their device, this may hinder or prevent the User from using some functionalities of the Online Store. 

 

FINAL PROVISIONS

  2. The Administrator of Personal Data has the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. The Administrator of Personal Data undertakes to inform Users in advance of changes to the Privacy Policy, and to place the uniform text on the website of the Online Store, along with the date the new version enters into force.
